Marvin Lewis steals Coach of The Year Award

Okay I get it. Cincinnati Bengals head coach Marvin Lewis wins Coach of The Year....out of sympathy. Sorry AP, but that shouldn't count for anything. God bless the late Chris Henry and defensive coordinator Mike Zimmer's wife. Those are two tragedies no team, person, family, should ever have to go through.

That being said, Marvin Lewis shouldn't even be an NFL head coach. Yeah, I said it. Look at his record since starting out with Cincy:

2003: 8-8

2004: 8-8

2005: 11-5

2006: 8-8

2007: 7-9

When you're out-gained in total yards 255-216 by the Cleveland Browns, you know your team's playoff hopes are dwindling—especially if they were already in the midst a four game losing streak. Hey Pittsburgh Steelers, make that a five game losing streak.

You think this fan remembers his Cleveland Browns play the Pittsburgh Steelers on Thursday night on NFL Network?

Better question: Does he care?

Hey look on the bright side! The Steelers are losers of four straight, they don't have Troy Polamalu, Big Ben's still reeling, and they've been defeated by the Oakland Raiders and Kansas City Chiefs!

Can the Brown win Thursday night?

YES THEY CAN!

What?

YES THEY CAN?

What?!

Yes they can.....

Gregg Rosenthal of ProFootballTalk.com:

With seven turnovers and 310 record-tying penalty yards, Monday night's Packers-Ravens game wasn't a visual masterpiece.

But the Packers will happily take the result.

Breaking News: Man would willingly work for Cleveland Browns

You read the headline correctly. There actually is a man willing to work for the Cleveland Browns.

That man is former Seattle Seahawks and Green Bay Packers coach Mike Holmgren. Holmgren revealed on his weekly radio show on Seattle's KJR that he would be open to the opportunity to take on a rebuilding project such as the 1-8 Browns.
