Milwaukee Bucks rookie guard Brandon Jennings scored 55 points in a come-from-behind 129-125 victory Saturday against the Golden State Warriors (3-6). Jennings not only had a career high, along with the victory, but something historic—a record.

His 55 points broke Hall of Famer Kareem Abdul-Jabbar's franchise rookie record. Talk about filling some HUGE shoes! He was just two points shy of injured guard Michael Redd's total franchise record of 57.

Nuggets Keep LAKE-ers at Bay: 105-79

The Denver Nuggets sent Kobe Bryant's Los Angeles Lakers swimming with the fishes Friday night with a 105-79 win—a victory that resembled a fight between Godzilla and David Hasselhoff. Unfortunately for the Lakers, they were the ones residing in Baywatch.
