The Premier League: Flops of The Decade

It's one day into the next decade, as we all know awesome articles have been flooding the website about top ten of the decade. So I decided to do a not-so-great of the decade in the EPL.

I will do a brief explanation of how I got the people who are featured in this article.

They must have been projected to do good or were performing were they were previously. Also price paid for their services is a factor.

Before you start reading I just want to say there was no way I could have covered all the transfers in England for the last 10 years, so these are the high profile flops I chose out of little research I did.
