According to UFC.com, despite all the beef between Quinton "Rampage" Jackson (32-10) and the UFC (mostly on Jackson's end, publicly burying the promotion), the former light heavyweight champion will finish out his contract before wllingly walking away from the Zuffa banner.

Via UFC.com:

Fresh off his impressive UFC debut win over Kyle Kingsbury, explosive light heavyweight Glover Teixeira will next take on former champion Quinton "Rampage" Jackson at UFC 153, just announced for October 13th in Brazil. City, venue, and ticket on-sale details will be announced in the coming weeks on ufc.com

This is a huge opportunity for Teixeira, who is thought highly of by camps and UFC management. He was actually supposed to debut for the UFC years earlier, but visa issues delayed his eventual destiny.

This is certainly a lose-lose for Jackson, who was originally slated to face "Shogun" Rua, but had to reject the fight due to lingering knee injuries. In fact, UFC president Dana White claims Rua told him he'd rather be cut than fight Teixeira. Rua's camp has denied this claim, but that tells you all you need to know about Teixeira, who hasn't lost since 2006 and has 16 wins via (T)KO or submission.
