Fred "The F-Bomb" Richani is the co-founder of The Sports Courier. His work has been featured on ESPN.com, Sherdog, CBS Sports, Google News, among other online and print publications.

Richani also moonlights as an entertainer, starring in the award-winning independent film Last Days of Simon in 2009. The man they call The F-Bomb currently resides in New Jersey, home of the New York Football Giants, D-League Nets, Jon Bon Jovi, Bruce Springsteen, and Snooki (allegedly).

WebMaster Flex founded The Sports Courier with Fred Richani in 2009. He not only makes this site looks good, but has the uncanny ability to drive stick shift, light a cigarette, and comb his hair (or lack thereof) at the same time.
