Round One:

The really-bad-official-lately Josh Rosenthal is our referee. These are two of the four youngest fighters in the UFC. Holloway is the youngest at 20. Lawrence is 22. Back leg side kick to the body by Lawrence. Jab by Lawrence. High side kick by Holloway. Overhand right by Lawrence. Combo by Holloway backs Lawrence away. Lawrence answers back with a combo and front kick. Jab by Holloway. High high by Holloway. Leg kick by Holloway. Left hook by Lawrence. Body kick by Holloway that accidentally ends up in the groin. Lawrence recovers and they touch gloves. 

Lawrence bleeding from the top of the head. Lawrence goes low and takes Holloway down. Holloway gets back up and they break. Side kick by Lawrence. Combo by Holloway. Knee to Lawrence's chin. Lawrence answers with a right. Left hook by Holloway. Lawrence bleeding more knee. Left hook to the body by Lawrence. Right hand by Lawrence. Front kick by Lawrence. High knee by Holloway catches Lawrence low again. That sucks.

It looks like a foot directly in the nuts as Holloway went for the knee. That still sucks for Lawrence....

Round Two:

Side kick by Lawrence. Body kick and leg kick grazes Holloway. Leg kick by Lawrence. Both trade combos. Spinning elbow by Lawrence. Holloway walks through it. Right hand by Holloway. Front kick by Lawrence. Body kick by Holloway. Both throwing fast and quick, but miss. Takedown attempt stuffed by Holloway. Double jab, right cross by Holloway. Crowd is booing, although this has been anything but a boring fight. Lawrence now bleeding from the nose. Lawrence rushes for the takedown and is stuffed again. Right hand by Holloway, followed by a knee to the body. Holloway controlling the cage of the cage in this round. Holloway throws a sick combo, tagging Lawrence in the body. Lawrence drops. He eats some hellacious strikes and the ref stops it. The replay shows it was a wicked left hand to the liver that dropped Lawrence. 

Official Decision: Max Holloway (6-1) def. Justin Lawrence (4-1) via TKO (punches) at 4:49 of Round Two. 

Holloway has won two straight fights since losing his UFC debut to Dustin Poirier.
