According to FUEL TV's UFC Tonight show, Josh Koscheck has been forced to withdraw from his UFC 151 co-main event welterweight bout against Jake Ellenberger (27-6), due to a bulging disc in his back.
No replacement has been named as of press time, but three notable welterweights without a fight are Siyar Bahadurzada, Thiago Alves, and two-time UFC champion BJ Penn.
Needless to say, the UFC 151 card is in dire need of additional star power, even with Jon Jones vs. Dan Henderson as the headliner.
