Round One:

Potential Fight of The Night here. Both fighters coming off of losses. Big John is our referee. Miller is 6'1" compared to Phan, who is 5'6." Miller has a six inch reach advantage. 

Front kick by Miller. Leg kick by Phan. Jab by Miller. Another Miller front kick. Miller throwing some jabs. Nice head body combo by Phan, that's his trademark. Front kick by Miller. Another combo by Phan. Combo and front kick by Miller. Stiff jab by Miller, trying to use his reach advantage. Left hook stumbles Miller. And again. Phan coming forward, pressing the action. Right hand by Phan. Miller still fighting back, but eats another combo. Miller needs to stay in the center of the Octagon because when Phan corners him, he's getting tagged.  

Body-head combo again by Phan. Leg kick by phan. Body kick by Miller blocked. Miller bleeding near his right eye. Phan is relentless with his combos. Miller still swinging, but eats yet another combo before the round ends. Exciting first round.

Round Two:

Leg kick by Phan. Miller answers back. Uppercut grazes Phan. Kick by Miller. Miller hits his own body shot. Body kick by Miller. Quick combo folowed by a leg kick by Phan. Miller working the jab. Combo by Phan. Right hand by Miller. Phan coming forward. Eats a left hook. Miller doing considerably better in this round. Phan eating some shots, but he follows up with a combo. Front kick by Miller. Left hook to the body of Miller. Leg kick by Miller. Jab by Phan. Two good right hands by Miller. Left hook by Phan. Straight right by Miller barely connects. Left hook by Phan sends Miller back a couple steps. Superman punch. Close round. 

10-9 Miller, who now leads the fight in significant strikes, according to the UFC broadcast. 

Round Three:

Combo by Phan. Left hand by Phan rocks Miller. Miller is getting hit a bunch. Head kick by Phan. Miller with a combo. Miller attempts a takedown, but is stuffed. First takedown attempt of the fight. Body shot by Phan. Jabs by Phan. Another body shot. Combo by Phan. Miller peppers him a couple times with the jab. Another combo by Phan. Left hook to the body by Miller. Left counter by Phan. Body shot by Phan. Uppercut. Miller eats a body shot after missing an uppercut. Right hand by Miller. Jab by Miller. Flying knee attempt into a body kick by Millrt. Knee misses Phan's head. Front kick by Miller. End of round. Fight of The Night--of the prelim card anyway.
