Update on missing, suspended WWE superstars
Here's an update on some WWE superstars you haven't seen for awhile...
Wade Barrett is set to return soon and receive a major push, according to WrestlingObserver.com. Barrett was the favorite to win Money in The Bank and cash it in this year, before going down with an arm injury right before WrestleMania XVVIII.
NXT alum Maxine, as confirmed via her official Twitter account, has quit WWE. She reportedly felt as though she wasn't utilized well nor enough durning her WWE and felt that there's more opportunity in modeling/acting at this time.
Rey Mysterio is still on leave on the heels of his 60 day Wellness suspension. He is expected to be brought back, but as always, plans can change. The lack of depth in main event talent these days helps his cause.
Likewise, Randy Orton is expected to be brought back right away after his own 60 day Wellness suspension--just two weeks before SummerSlam. Whether or not Orton and Mysterio with two strikes receive consistent pushes remains to be seen.
Kharma (Kia Stevens) is still on the roster and could get over huge, but who the hell knows why WWE hasn't found something for her to do. Why not squash jobbers (albeit independent female wrestlers) ala Ryback?
