On Saturday, March 10, MMA and kickboxing legend Mirko Cro Cop went out on top--defeating K-1 legend "Sugar" Ray Sefo via unanimous decision--in the main event of "Final Fight" in Zagreb, Croatia.

The venue, Arena Zagreb, was packed to see Cro Cop compete in his home country for the first time in over a decade. The fight was kickboxing/K-1 rules and will hopefully, mark the last time we ever see Cro Cop compete in the ring/cage after several TKO/knockout losses.

He last competed in MMA last October at UFC 137, losing to Roy Nelson via TKO. He announced his retirement from MMA immediately after the fight. The Sports Courier would like to wish Cro Cop and his family the best in life after combat sports competition.
