MITB PPV Card (8pm/ET)
1. Money in The Bank Ladder match for World Heavyweight Championship shot: WWE U.S. Champion Santino Marella vs. Intercontinental Champion Christian vs. Damien Sandow vs. Tyson Kidd vs. Lord Tensai vs. vs. Sin Cara vs. Cody Rhodes vs. Dolph Ziggler (w/ Vickie Guerrero)
For the second straight year, the Smackdown ladder match opens the MITB PPV. Not that I'm complaining. This is the first MITB ladder match for Kidd, Tensai, Sandow, and Marella. Chaos begins. Marella tried to jump up to the briefcase. Didn't work. I'm amazed Tensai hasn't gotten his rumored makeover yet. Awesome worker, but his gimmick sucks and those within WWE probably realize it. Nice to see new faces in a high profile match though. Speaking of new faces, Kidd might need one after Tensai slngshotted him face first into a ladder. DAMN.
Tensai splashes Christian in the corner. He tries to splash him with a ladder, but Kidd attacks him with a ladder. Christian follows. They grab the ladder and knock Tensai out. Kidd dives out. Christian sets up the ladder. Marella, Kidd, and Christian fight their way up top, but Sandow knocks them off the ladder. Sandow with his epic beard and pink tight attempts to climb up, but Ziggler literally, swats him off like. Rhodes is in the ring now and brawls with Ziggler. They're the favorites to win and the commentators acknowledge that. Sin Cara comes in, runs wild, and knocks Rhodes out of the ring. It looked like he tweaked his knee. Hopefully, he's just selling the injury.
