World Heavyweight Championship: Sheamus (C) vs. Dolph Ziggler (w/ Vickie Guerrero)

Sheamus makes his entrance first. Crowd is hot. Lilian Garcia does in-ring entrances. I can't believe Ziggler is considered a former World Heavyweight Champion. Oh s***. Ziggler gets a kiss from Guerrero and almost gets Daniel Bryan'ed with a Brogue Kick. He ducks and slides out of the ring. LET'S GO ZIGGLER CHANTS. New York-New Jersey wrestling fans have good taste in performers if I do say so myself. Waistlock by Ziggler. Knockdown by Sheasmus. Takedown into a headlock by Sheamus. Guerrero screaming like a mad woman. Both guys rocking fancY shmancy new tights.

Ziggler irish whipped and hits a beautiful drop kick on Sheamus. Sheamus recovers and knocks over Ziggler. He runs at Ziggler but the Zig Zag man hops on his back for a sleep hold. Sheamus shakes him off and puts him on top rope. Ziggler slaps him. Sheamus pushes him off and Ziggler bumps his back and head on the mat. What a stupid bump, Show Off. Battering ram by Sheamus. Ziggler shakes off the cobwebs and attacks Sheamus. Crowd chants YES YES YES as he beats on the champ. Both guys go back and forth at a faster than usual pace for a Sheamus match. 

Ziggler plants him with a DDT and Cole says it's a momentum change for a match Sheamus has been dominating. WTF, Cole? Sheamus does quickly kick out though at one. Chinlock by Ziggler. He does a headstand during it. Awesome. Booker T and King Lawler argue about Ziggler not taking the title match seriously. Booker likes his Zig Zag Man. Some idiot behind Ben Ostner chants "Keep lifting with HHH for that push Sheamus." No one laughs at this. Sheamus lifts Ziggler for the White Noise, but Ziggler counters it into a hard DDT. LET'S GO ZIGGLER chants. Sheamus fights back. More one counts for Ziggler. I'm not sure what to make of that. 

Ziggler finally gets a two count via rollup, but only after he grabs the ropes. The ref catches him. Sheamus returns the favor. Kick out. Body triangle by Ziggler, who tries to go form the sleeper/sloppy looking rear naked choke. Sheamus quickly fights back. Clotheslines. Axe handles. Shoulder to gut. High knee by Sheamus misses. Ziggler hops on for sleeper, but is shaken off on apron. Ziggler goes for crossbody. Sheamus catches him. Attempts White Noise. Ziggler counters. Fameasser by Ziggler. Kick out. Crowd boos everytime Ziggler fails. LET'S GO ZIGGLER. Lawler must be deaf because he said fans are chanting LET'S GO SHEAMUS. Just call us idiots, King. Seriously. 

Sheamus goes up top. Ziggler catches him. Facebuster from the top. Sheamus could be concussed and Ziggler is selling his knee hurting. Ziggler went for sleeper and Sheamus counters with the Irish Curse backbreaker. Crowd boos. Sheamus does the 10 clubbing blows on the chest spot. Ziggler recovers and hops on for the sleeper. White Noise by Shemaus. Big boos for Sheamus. Sheamus does a Brogue Kick chant. He hits it. Pinfall. I'm highly disappointed it was that anti-climactic. Very good match with a bang bang bang rapid fire style, but it kills me to see such a talented guy do another job. Outside of the hot crowd, this really was no different than their recent matches on FREE TV. I doubt the crowd would've been hot if Alberto Del Rio was in Ziggler's place.
