Chris Jericho vs. Dolph Ziggler (w/ Vickie Guerrero)

This is our PPV opener. It could be Jericho's last match in awhile, as he's set to tour with his band Fozzy. Ziggler runs out of the ring, but Y2J chases him, gets him back in the ring, and hits an elbow. Shoulder block by Jericho. Chops. Jericho getting a big superstar reaction. Loud Y2J chants. Ziggler gains the advantage, but Jericho backdrops him outside of the ring. Stupid bump, Ziggler. Replay shows he fell nearly face first. Ziggler on the apron. Jericho goes for a springboard drop kick and misses. 

Ziggler attacking Jericho's taped up ribs. Standing drop kick to Jericho's midsection. Body triangle and choke hold, but Jericho escapes. Chops by Jericho. Ziggler regains the the advantage. He gyrates his hips before hitting a standing neckbreaker. Showoff. Nonchalant Jericho style foot on chest cover by Ziggler. Kick out. Chops by Jericho. Punches by Ziggler. Rollup by Jericho. Kick out. Ziggler misses the Stinger Splash. Jericho regaining momentum. Ziggler runs into a Jericho boot. Jericho gets clipped. Ziggler hits the fameasser. Kick out. 

Walls of Jericho attempt countered. Enziguiri by Jericho. Kick out. Jericho runs at Ziggler. Leap frog. Sleeper hold by Ziggler. Escape. Kick to ribs by Ziggler, who goes up top. Jericho stops him. Both up top. Jericho doing 10-count punches from top. Frankensteiner by Jericho. Wow. Kick out. DDT by Ziggler. Kick out by Jericho. Lionsault by Jericho blocked by Ziggler's knees. Zig Zag by Ziggler. Kick out by Jericho. Good near fall. Codebreaker by Jericho. Ziggler rolls out of the ring. 

Jericho rolls him back into the ring. Guerrero pulls Jericho's leg. Ziggler rolls him up. Kick out. Guerrero screams. Jericho locks in the Walls of Jericho Lion Tamer style. Tapout. Excellent opening match. 

Winner: Chris Jericho via submission
