Kalisto defeated Enzo Amore in a lumberjack match to win the WWE Cruiserweight Championship in the main event of WWE RAW 10/9/17 at the Bankers Life Fieldhouse in Indianapolis, IN.

The match was made earlier Monday night by RAW GM Kurt Angle. 205 Live at times has been a show most WWE fans haven’t cared for, but kudos to Enzo Amore and all involved for making things interesting this past month. I wasn’t a fan of Enzo Amore winning the Cruiserweight Championship from Neville, but his mic work as a (sort of) heel has been great and strong enough to close out RAW three weeks in a row.

Granted, WWE realizes Monday Night Football will likely slaughter the third hour until January, but it is still a nice vote of confidence for supposed real life heat magnet Amore and the cruiserweight division certainly benefits in the process. 205 Live has its flaws, but has also helped revive the careers of Neville, Amore, and now Kalisto, who literally changes his fortunes in one week.
