TSC News host Fred Richani and combat sports expert Matt “The Fight Nerd” Kaplowitz of Burning Hammer Productions discuss Daniel Bryan’s (Bryan Danielson) WWE future going into 2018 when his contract expires.
Bryan was forced to retire in 2016 by WWE’s Dr. Joseph Maroon due to concussions. While Bryan found several doctors who were willing to medically clear him for an active wrestler return, as a WWE contracted performer, Dr. Maroon’s diagnosis is the only one that matters. Bryan is currently the on-air general manager of Tuesday night’s WWE SmackDown Live.
Will Bryan return to the wrestling ring as he and his wife Brie Bella have strongly implied or will he remain with WWE in an on-air role? What should Bryan do? What do we think Bryan WILL do? Find out and let us know what you think in the comments!
